Location:
This industrial park is located next to SR-25 and the route of the new Hoosier Heartland Highway.

Description:
31.5 acre plot, zoned Industrial.  Acreage can be subdivided to meet the needs of the buyer.

Water:
City water and sewage within easy reach.

Additional Notes:
Lots  Acreage Lots 7 - 10, shown in the lower portion of the diagram (lower right), are the lots included in Phase II of the industrial park.  The lots may be combined or subdivided, as needed.  Water and sewage lines already have been run to Phase I of the industrial park (lots 1 - 6).
