The Carroll County Arts Council is proud to sponsor the first "CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS 2010" with an 'art fair around the courthouse square' in downtown Delphi. Canal Park Flower Planting 1/2 Day. Volunteers should bring their own lawn tools, gloves and wear durable clothing. Meet at Canal Park at 9:00 am at 1030 N. Washington St., Delphi
National Trails Day at Canal Park. All volunteers from the last 12 months, please come for a free lunch and presentation of awards, hats and shirts. Volunteers that attend the recognition lunch in Canal Park get a "free gate pass" to the 1812 Rendezvous that is taking place in the back of Canal Park.
